Keep the Flexus Q Pod longer
Unlike pod vape kits with disposable pods, the Aspire Flexus Q Pods have replaceable coils. This means that when the coil no longer vapes well (leakage, less vape clouds or flavour) you don’t have to throw the whole Flexus Q Pod away; simply change the coil and save the environment while you're at it! The Flexus Q Pods also feature:
- side-fill where you remove the pod from the Flexus Q Battery, lift the black rubber plug on the side of the Flexus Q Pod and fill with your favourite e-liquid

Mouth-to-lung (MTL) or direct-lung (DL)?
This is a question concerning how restricted the draw is from the Aspire Flexus Q Pod Kit. Well, since the Flexus Q has adjustable airflow, you can:
- loose MTL vape with fully open airflow and either of the Flexus Coils included in the kit. MTL vaping is like the draw of a traditional cigarette, holding vapour in your mouth briefly before inhaling to your lungs
- tight MTL vape with fully closed airflow and either of the Flexus Coils included
- restricted DL vape with fully open airflow and the 0.6 ohm coil included in the kit albeit, the low wattage of the coil will make it a cooler vape. DL vaping is where you inhale vapour straight to the lungs, like taking a breath in through your Flexus Q mouthpiece that has some restriction in the Flexus Q Pod Kit.
Fire button or auto draw with Flexus Q
Like many pod vape kits on the market, the Aspire Flexus Q Pod Kit has both auto draw and fire button vaping available. So you can just draw on the mouth piece to vape or press the button to vape your Flexus Q Pod which is nice to have, especially if you're used to pressing a button to vape.
As it has a button however, please remember to turn it off when placing it in your pocket or bag (five clicks of the fire button) to avoid accidental firing that could waste your e-liquid or burn your coil. More versatile features of the Flexus Q Battery include:
