Everything else about the Vaporesso Luxe XR Pod Kit including its dual direct-lung (DL) and mouth-to-lung (MTL, restricted ciggie-style draw) ability, ease of use with a single button to vape, 1500mAh built-in battery, awesome vapour flavour, 5mL vape juice capacity, durable triple-coated body and super comfy mouthpiece are the same as the original Luxe X Pod Kit (for good reason – it’s awesome). The Luxe XR just lets you swap out GTX Coils in the 5mL vape juice capacity Vaporesso Luxe XR Pods instead of having disposable pods!

Aren't there other Luxe Vape Kits?
Yep! Vaporesso has a number of Luxe kits including the:
- Luxe Q and Luxe QS Pod Kits which are smaller, use smaller-capacity disposable pods, have a more restricted MTL or DL vaping experience and no button (just auto-draw)
- Luxe X Pod Kit which is exactly the same as this Luxe XR Vape Kit, except it has disposable Luxe X Pods instead of Luxe XR Pods with replaceable coils

Luxe XR Pods: same but different
Since the Luke X and Luxe XR Pod Kits are so similar, you’d expect their pods would be similar also and you'd be correct. Like the original Luxe X Pods, the Vaporesso Luxe XR Pods have all the same features with the added bonus of replaceable GTX Coils. You’re going to enjoy vaping the Luxe XR Pod with features like its:

Flexible DL and MTL vaping
Since you have control of what Vaporesso GTX Coils you use in your Vaporesso Luxe XR Pods, you can adjust your vapour production, even though this vapouriser kit doesn’t have adjustable wattage! Essentially, you set your wattage with the coil you use for both MTL and DL vaping.
- MTL vaping is a cigarette-style draw where you draw and hold vapour to your mouth before inhaling to your lungs
- Use the included 0.8 ohm GTX Coil in the MTL pod (labelled) and rotate it to adjust your draw from loose to tight MTL.
- Use any MTL GTX Coils, like the 0.6 ohm (warmer vapour) or 1.2 ohm (cooler vapour) which are sold separately.
- DL vaping allows you to inhale vapour straight to your lungs by taking a deep breath in through your mouthpiece while firing (pressing the fire button) your vapouriser.
- Use the included 0.4 ohm GTX Coil in the RDL Luxe XR Pod, and rotate it to get more restricted or open DL draws and medium to large vape clouds.
Vape the galaxy with Luxe XR Pod Kit
Well, not literally. That would be impossible… And dangerous. Imagine if you dragged in a black hole too! Anyhow, in reality, some of the Vaporesso Luxe XR Battery options have a speckled coloured strip, like the night sky, for some added pizzazz. If that doesn’t interest you, you’ll be glad to know that if you loved the Luxe X, you’re going to love the Luxe XR Pod Vapouriser because every other feature is the same, like its:

Truthfully, we loved the original Vaporesso Luxe X Pod Vape Kit and if you prefer replacement coils like this Luxe XR Pod Kit, you’re going to love this one too. We especially love its simplicity, durability (since we can be clumsy), large pod e-liquid capacity and that mouthpiece! Honestly, we’ve never vaped on such a large mouthpiece that was actually comfortable!
Please note:
- Luxe XR Pods are only compatible with 0.4 ohm or higher GTX Coils as higher ohm coils require more wattage than the Luxe XR Pod Kit supplies.
- Turn off the Luxe XR Pod Kit with five clicks of the fire button when carrying to avoid accidental button presses while in your pocket or bag.
- Prime new GTX Coils before use to avoid burning or dry hits. To do so, place a few drops of e-liquid in the coil's centre, install in the pod, fill the pod with e-liquid and let it sit for five minutes to saturate the coil’s cotton inside.
